Can I choose a specific carrier?
No. Twodrapes selects the most suitable carrier based on destination, package size, and weight to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
We work with trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, FedEx, DHL Express, and UPS, providing door-to-door service whenever possible.
Address Restrictions
- We ship to physical street addresses only (home or office)
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)
Where are orders shipped from?
- Fabric swatches and sample books are shipped from domestic warehouses
- Curtains, blinds, and shades are shipped directly from our manufacturing facilities via international carriers
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your package on the carrier’s official website and arrange delivery preferences directly with the carrier if available.
Can I change my shipping address after shipment?
Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, shipping address changes are not supported. Please confirm your shipping details carefully before placing your order.
