As many of our products are made to order, we kindly ask customers to review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. This policy aims to ensure transparency, reduce misunderstandings, and provide a clear resolution process if any issues arise.

Before Placing an Order

Twodrapes specializes in custom-made drapes, shades, blinds, and hardware. To ensure your order meets expectations, we strongly recommend reviewing all relevant product information prior to purchase, including:

 Hanging header style descriptions

 Measurement guides and calculators

 Liner types and shading explanations

 Fabric swatches or sample booklets

Ordering samples in advance is the best way to confirm fabric color, texture, thickness, and shading performance.

Can I Return My Order?

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 Fabric swatches and sample booklets

 Custom-made drapes, shades, and blinds produced according to customer-provided specifications

 Custom rods and tracks made to order

 Clearance items and products marked as Final Sale

Non-Returnable Reasons

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for the following circumstances, whether the items are ready-made or made to order:

 Misunderstanding or misinterpretation of product images or descriptions

 Items not fitting properly due to customer-provided measurements

 Curtains perceived as too heavy or too light

 Dissatisfaction with color caused by monitor settings, lighting conditions, or dye-lot variations

 Quality preferences not meeting personal expectations

 Change of mind or no longer wanting the item

 Incorrect item ordered by mistake

 Orders arriving later than expected

 Measurement tolerances within ±1 inch (industry-accepted standard)

 Additional fabric width added to prevent light leakage due to gravity hanging

 Color differences caused by liner selection or liner combinations

 Shading performance not meeting subjective expectations

 Natural color variations between sample booklets and finished products

Accepted Return Exceptions

Twodrapes will accept returns or provide corrective solutions only under the following verified conditions:

 Incorrect item produced or shipped

 Wrong liner type used

 Product does not match confirmed order details

 Ready-to-ship hardware or ready-made items arrive damaged, broken, or incorrect

In these cases, customers must contact Twodrapes promptly and provide clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue. After verification, Twodrapes may, at our discretion:

 Repair the product

 Remake the product

 Replace the product

 Issue a refund

The original item may be required to be returned before a resolution is finalized.

Return Time Limit

All eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted. Customers are advised to inspect all products immediately upon receipt.

Return Shipping & Fees

 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by Twodrapes

 For approved refunds not related to product defects, a processing fee may apply to cover production, handling, packing, and original shipping costs

Refund Policy

Once returned items are received and inspected:

 Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with tags attached

 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

 Refund processing typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

Please note:

 Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments

 Discount differences are non-refundable

 Packages confirmed as delivered with proof of receipt are not eligible for refunds

 Lost packages are replaced rather than refunded

Exchanges

 Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective items

 Exchange items must match the original order specifications, including size, color, header style, and liner options

 Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

Alterations

Twodrapes does not offer alteration services once an order has been delivered.
Customers are responsible for confirming all measurements and selections before placing an order.

Shading & Liner Disclaimer

Shading effectiveness depends on fabric type, liner selection, lighting conditions, and the surrounding environment.
Shading perception is subjective and may vary between individuals. We recommend ordering liner and fabric samples in advance to ensure expectations are met.

Measurement Responsibility

Customers must use accurate measuring tools, preferably a metal tape measure, when submitting measurements.
If a sizing error is confirmed to be caused by Twodrapes, we will coordinate an appropriate solution.

Color Disclaimer

Actual product colors may vary from images due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and fabric dye lots.
Reasonable color variation is considered acceptable and does not qualify for a return.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost during transit, Twodrapes will coordinate a replacement shipment.
Refunds are not provided for lost packages.

Return Shipping Address

Once a return request is approved, a return shipping address will be provided by email.

We encourage customers to contact Twodrapes directly before initiating disputes or chargebacks.
